On November 6, 2023 NACOLE was joined by Julie Graves, Seana Holland, and Amber Smith to discuss how oversight investigators can effectively use social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and NextDoor to identify and locate potential witnesses and find online postings (including photos and videos) of incidents they are investigating.
