Data Forum
NACOLE invites you to the online Data Forum for oversight professionals, held quarterly on the last Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. ET. Our next forum meeting is on Thursday, October 29th.
These 90-minute meetings bring together practitioners to share how they use data to strengthen oversight work, from case and complaint data to open-source and publicly available datasets. Each forum features a short presentation followed by an open conversation where participants can ask questions, compare approaches, and trade ideas with colleagues around the U.S.
Topics include using external data when an agency can't access the internal data it needs, finding and evaluating alternative data sources, and turning complex datasets into practical tools for investigators and the public.
If there's a question or a subject you'd like to see discussed at an upcoming forum, please email Allison Teti, at [email protected]
NACOLE members and employees of agencies holding organizational memberships are invited to participate. There is no need to register for the forum, but please note it is only open to the first 100 participants who join the online meeting.
