We will hear brief presentations from Emily Widra from the Prison Policy Initiative and David Ryan from the Health and Reentry Project, on the use, limits, potential, and broader healthcare concerns of MAT programming in jails and prisons. The presentation will be followed by Q&A and open discussion, facilitated by Noah Barth, Prison Monitoring Director for the Pennsylvania Prison Society.
