NACOLE invites you to learn about and discuss the process of group work on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The effectiveness and performance of any group, including oversight boards and commissions, can be enhanced when members understand the stages of group development; the behaviors, feelings, and thoughts that characterize each stage; and what needs to happen to move forward.Tina Barr, Director of Training and Education, NACOLE
