Data Forum

NACOLE invites you to our first ever virtual Data Forum that will take place on Thursday, April 30th, 2:00 - 3:00 pm EDT.

The Data Forum will bring together people working with data in the civilian oversight field to connect, share best practices, discuss common challenges, and exchange resources across agencies. Topics may include data collection, documentation, reporting, analysis, infrastructure, and other related issues. This initial meeting will be an opportunity to meet one another, hear what topics participants would find most useful, and help shape the group’s direction moving forward. We also hope to begin creating a shared space for ongoing collaboration and resource-sharing between meetings. The forum is expected to meet quarterly and will be facilitated by Allison Teti, Senior Data Analyst, and Miguel Garces, Director of Data Analytics and Accountability Insights, both of the Philadelphia Citizens Police Oversight Commission.

If you have questions about the Data Forum, please email [email protected], with attention to Allison Teti and Miguel Garces.
