The National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE) and its members are angry and grieving after yet another senseless, unjustified death of a human being at the hands of those sworn to protect and serve. While civilian oversight alone cannot put an end to the systemic racism that plagues the criminal justice system, it will be difficult if not impossible to try and do so without it.
During this time, it is important for the oversight community to come together to support one another. We hope that you will join us this coming Friday to check-in, discuss recommendations moving forward, share ways to connect with our communities, and let us know how NACOLE can support you and your communities during this time.
We will have three (3) opportunities for you to join these conversations on Friday, June 5, 2020. Each session will be one hour long and has the ability to accommodate up to 100 attendees. If you find one is full when you register, please choose another time.
