NACOLE has arranged for a block of rooms at a special rate of $129.00 per night for those attending the NACOLE Conference at the the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort.  This hotel will serve as our host hotel and is the location of all of our daily sessions.  Reservations may be made online HERE or by calling their reservation line at 888.236.2427.  In order to receive this special rate, please make your reservations on or before November 18, 2021 and let them know that you are part of the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement Conference. The hotel requires that all reservations be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

NACOLE has reserved a limited number of rooms at this rate. Please note that although we will make every effort to assist, NACOLE cannot guarantee the group rate after the room block has sold out or after the special rate cut-off date of November 18, 2021, whichever comes first.

Room rates in Tucson, Arizona are currently subject to applicable taxes of 12.05% and $4.00 per room per night plus a $10/night resort fee. Please note that this information is provided as a tool to help you estimate possible expenditures and is not meant as a guarantee of actual expense.

This year the conference sessions will be held at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort and Spa (commonly referred to as "Starr Pass"), the same as our host hotel. Starr Pass conveniently houses several restaurants, pools, workout facility, and spa. Each morning guests are invited to participate in Mitakuye Oyasin, a traditional Native American ceremony and unique Sonoran Desert experience. Participants will listen to the Native American Flute, burn a sage prayer tie, and receive an eagle feather blessing and have the opportunity to begin each day by reflecting on the connection we all have with nature and each other, finding focus and creating lasting memories. At sunset, guests will also have the opportunity to gather on the Salud Terrace to watch the sunset and experience our nightly tradition - the Tequila toast.

For those of you who will be flying to this year’s conference, the Tucson International Airport  (TUS), is located 12.3 miles away from the  the host hotel. The hotel does not offer a free shuttle to and from the airport.  However, there are many different transportation options once you arrive in Tucson. For a list of some of those options, please click HERE. If driving to the conference, on-site parking is available for a fee of $15 daily.  Valet parking is available for a fee of $29 daily.
