Organizational Membership - Agencies who provide civilian oversight of law enforcement by legislative or executive mandate. These agencies will receive one transferable regular membership and non-voting memberships for the remaining members of their boards/staff . Annual Dues $300.00 |

Regular Membership - Regular members are individuals who are not sworn law enforcement officers that serve or have served as Board/Commission members, or persons who work or have worked for agencies that are mandated by legislative or executive authority to investigate and review complaints against law enforcement officers. Annual Dues $150.00 |

Associate Membership - Associate members are individuals concerned with the oversight of law enforcement. The members shall be able to participate in all NACOLE activities, including serving on committees, but are ineligible to vote or serve as officers. Annual Dues $100.00 |
